Sound knowledge, a practical work plan.
Supporting constituent control, product consistency and performance claims with traceable records.
Special cement manufacturers, quality laboratory and technical sales teams.
Details that affect the outcome of the work
A name is not a durability report
Do not infer suitability for every aggressive environment from the cement name. Gather information about the intended surroundings and concrete application. Separate producer properties from project durability assessment, explaining which evidence is being provided and which questions remain open for further technical review.
Connect constituent changes with results
A constituent retaining the same name in blending records may change supplier or properties. Match incoming acceptance data with product results. Identify affected periods and review whether earlier information remains usable; an unchanged trade name should not by itself close the assessment of the change.
Completeness of the result series matters
Selecting a few favourable results does not show the entire consistency picture. Keep missing, corrected and unusual values visible within the relevant period. Record who made the evaluation and which information supported it so the technical dossier and its conclusions can later be reconstructed.
EN 15743 Supersulfated Cement training
We help your team interpret the topic, ask the right questions and apply it in their own work.
Skills you will gain in training
- Separate names from application claims.
- Review constituent changes.
- Assess result series.
Training content
We use these topics to explore how standard requirements translate into your operations.
- Supersulfated cement definition
- Main and additional constituent records
- Mechanical, physical and chemical data
- Heat of hydration and product information
- Continuity of conformity data
EN 15743 training treats supersulfated cement as a binder defined by composition and properties rather than by interpretations of its name. Main and additional constituent identities, manufacturing information and performance results are read together. Mechanical, physical, chemical and heat-of-hydration evidence have distinct roles. Participants learn why a product name alone cannot establish unrestricted suitability for an environment or project.
AKREKAL consultancy supports consistent product identification from constituent acceptance to dispatch. Supply changes, blending records and result series are assessed together to track consistency. Internal reviews examine incorrectly aligned periods, favourable assumptions about missing data and durability statements lacking visible evidence. Required user information is identified so communication between producer product evidence and the application team's decisions becomes clearer and traceable.
The example concerns a customer selecting cement for a sulfate-containing environment based solely on its name. Participants separate unknown environmental conditions, concrete design and available cement data. They identify who should supply missing information and which assessments remain necessary. The output describes established product properties accurately and bounds application claims by their actual evidence.
Let’s turn knowledge into practice in your organisation.
We review your current situation, identify your priorities and provide organisation-specific support for the following work.
Constituent and batch mapping.
Performance claim checks.
Data review records.
Deliverables, responsibilities and assessment criteria are agreed together when defining the service scope.
Tell us about your consultancy needsLet’s prepare documents that demonstrate implementation.
One focus of the documentation review is “A name is not a durability report”. The records are checked for scope, owner, revision and supporting basis so that they accurately reflect the work performed.
The work addresses topic-specific outputs such as “Constituent and batch mapping”. Gaps are identified using records actually used by your organisation. Ready-made documents that do not reflect the way you operate are not adopted without adaptation.
The difference between CE marking and certification
CE marking is a manufacturer’s declaration linked to the applicable product conformity requirements; it is not a general quality certificate. The route depends on the product and the applicable legislation. Not every product requires the same type of third-party certificate. AKREKAL provides consultancy on technical documentation, conformity assessment planning and application preparation. It does not take over the testing or certification decisions of authorised bodies.
Discuss your training, consultancy and preparation needs →Selection based on a name
- The situation
- The customer selects the product from its name alone.
- Training and consultancy work
- Environment details and product evidence are separated.
- Intended output
- A technical response identifies outstanding assessment.
Let’s clarify your needs more quickly.
Sharing the following information helps us define scope and priorities accurately.
- Constituent acceptance records.
- Product results.
- Customer environment and application information.
The supersulfated cement name and durability in a particular environment are not the same evidence; application assessment remains separate.
Before you decide
Is the name sufficient for any sulfate exposure?
No; the application and environmental conditions require separate assessment.
What support does AKREKAL provide?
Alongside training, AKREKAL consults on constituent, manufacturing and technical information records.
