Sound knowledge, a practical work plan.
Communicating the requirements of TS EN ISO 9001 as a management system approach. Helping participants understand its fundamental requirements by sharing theoretical and practical implementation knowledge.
Quality managers, process owners and management system teams.
Details that affect the outcome of the work
Tracing a customer requirement
When a criterion accepted in the quotation is not transferred to production or service controls, final inspection alone is insufficient. The requirement, responsible person and evidence are mapped together.
Handover points between processes
Purchasing, operations and dispatch each working well does not demonstrate overall consistency. Input acceptance and information losses between processes are made visible.
Useful performance indicators
Rather than simply counting activities, the training addresses how to interpret error, rework, delivery and customer feedback data.
ISO 9001 Quality Management System Implementation training
We help your team interpret the topic, ask the right questions and apply it in their own work.
Skills you will gain in training
- Match a customer requirement to the relevant process, control criterion and record.
- Select and interpret process indicators from error, rework and delivery data.
- Distinguish the impact of a nonconformity from evidence of corrective action effectiveness.
Training content
Content is developed in greater depth according to participants’ roles and practical needs.
- Quality management principles, organisational context and customer requirements
- Process approach, interactions, responsibilities and the PDCA cycle
- Connecting risks and opportunities with process objectives
- Preparing policies, objectives, instructions, control plans and records together
- Document approval, access, revision and currency at the point of use
- Internal audit programmes, auditor competence, sampling and question preparation
- Interviewing, objective evidence, findings and audit reporting
- Corrective action, effectiveness follow-up, performance and management review
ISO 9001 training follows how a customer expectation is addressed through the organisation's everyday work. A requirement accepted in a quotation is traced through purchasing, production or service delivery, inspection and handover. Participants identify process inputs, intended outputs and responsibilities while learning to connect risks to decision points rather than leaving them in a separate register. Success is assessed through consistent processes and traceable outcomes rather than the number of documents.
Documented information for this workflow connects instructions, inspection plans, forms and records of completed work. Participants examine which files a change affects, where obsolete copies must be removed and how correct information can be verified at the point of use. Approval and access rights are defined, with external requirements kept current through the same arrangements. Documentation consequently becomes part of implementation rather than a detached filing exercise.
In the example, a customer changes a product acceptance criterion. The team transfers it to drawings and inspection plans, identifies affected stock and plans staff communication. The same order is then followed from an auditor's perspective: selecting evidence, sampling shifts and extending the review when information conflicts. A finding identifies the relevant requirement, objective evidence and established gap.
After correction, the exercise goes beyond replacing a form to plan checks on implementation and results. AKREKAL consultancy can adapt the learning to actual organisational data when developing process maps, usable records and risk-based internal audits. Understanding the standard, documentation and auditing therefore progress as parts of one quality-management cycle; certification decisions remain with the relevant independent body.
Let’s turn knowledge into practice in your organisation.

One focus of the documentation review is “Tracing a customer requirement”. The records are checked for scope, owner, revision and supporting basis so that they accurately reflect the work performed.
The work addresses topic-specific outputs such as “Customer requirement–process–control record mapping matrix”. Gaps are identified using records actually used by your organisation. Ready-made documents that do not reflect the way you operate are not adopted without adaptation.
Responsibilities in the certification process
Training alone is not sufficient to obtain an ISO 9001 certificate. The system must be implemented within the defined scope, supported by records and subject to the relevant independent assessment. A participant’s training record does not replace an organisation’s management system certificate. AKREKAL supports process preparation and team competence; certification audits and certificate decisions belong to an independent certification body.

AKREKAL provides training and implementation consultancy in this area. Training does not replace independent certification or professional authorisation. Technical activities are planned with suitable equipment and working conditions.
Before you decide
How is a customer requirement linked to a process indicator?
First, the result expected by the customer and the relevant process are identified. Then an indicator, data source and intervention criterion that track that result are selected; activity counts alone are not considered sufficient.
How does consultancy support proceed after training?
Work can begin with the customer requirement–process–control record mapping matrix. Jointly prepared records are tried out in a sample application; gaps, responsibilities and follow-up actions are identified. The scope of work is clarified together with your company.
